Terms and Conditions

1. Website use

You may browse the website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others.

2. Placing a direct order

To order directly, choose a book and quantity, enter your contact and delivery details, and pay online through Razorpay. Each order is for one title; you may order up to ten copies. For larger or institutional orders, please write to us.

Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully completed. You will then see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with your order number. An order that is started but not paid is not a confirmed order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees on each book page and on the order form, and shipping within India is free. The amount you pay is the total shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets, subject to Razorpay’s terms.

4. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep descriptions, cover images, availability and prices accurate. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled — for example because a title is unexpectedly out of stock or a delivery address cannot be served — we will contact you and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds in our Returns and Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. External booksellers

A purchase completed on Amazon or another external platform is a transaction governed by that platform or the seller identified there. Its payment, shipping, cancellation, return and refund terms apply to that order.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, essays, book descriptions, cover artwork, visual identity and other original material on this website belong to One Reality Editions or are used with permission. Reproduction or commercial use beyond ordinary quotation and review requires permission.

8. Reader correspondence

Messages and reader responses sent through the website are read privately by the editor. They are not published on the site. If we would like to quote from a response in a future Notebook entry, we will ask you first.

9. External links

The website may link to third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and One Reality Editions is not responsible for their websites, availability or security.

10. Information and availability

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free from errors. Content may be updated as the publishing list develops.

11. Governing law

Use of this website and direct orders are subject to the laws applicable in India. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to a transaction are not excluded by these terms.

12. Changes and contact
