Shipping Information

Books ordered directly on this website are packed and dispatched by One Reality Editions, and shipping within India is free. If you buy through Amazon India instead, Amazon’s shipping terms, charges and tracking apply to that order.
Where we ship
We currently ship direct orders to addresses within India. If a PIN code turns out to be unserviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or refund the order in full.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all direct orders within India. The total shown on the order form before payment is the full amount you pay. For Amazon orders, the charge shown by Amazon at checkout applies.
Dispatch
Paid orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive an email with your order confirmation straight after payment, and another when your parcel has been handed to the courier.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier service. Most parcels reach metro cities within a few working days; remote areas can take longer.
Courier partners
Direct orders are sent through India Post or private courier partners. The carrier can vary by destination and serviceability.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number, where the carrier provides one.
Packaging
Books are packed for transit with the aim of protecting the copy from ordinary handling during delivery.
Delivery problems
If a direct-order parcel is delayed, damaged or not received, write to us with your order number (for example ORE-26-00012) and we will look into it with the courier. For an Amazon order, use Amazon’s order-help process and contact us if the issue concerns the book itself.
