Returns and Refunds

How a return or refund is handled depends on where the order was placed. Direct orders paid on this website are handled by One Reality Editions, and refunds are made to your original payment method. Orders placed on Amazon India follow Amazon’s own cancellation, return and refund process.
Cancelling a direct order
To cancel, write to us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount. Once a parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but the return options below may apply.
Damaged, defective or wrong books
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or is not the title you ordered, email onerealityeditions@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund the cost of the affected copies, at no shipping cost to you.
Change of mind
Please contact us before sending a book back. Returns for a change of mind are considered for unused copies in their original condition, and return instructions will be confirmed for the individual order, subject to applicable consumer rights.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the same card, UPI account, bank account or wallet used for payment. We start the refund as soon as it is approved; the time for it to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, usually within 5–7 working days.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money was debited but you did not receive an order confirmation, or you were charged twice, write to us with the payment details. Payments that do not complete an order are refunded in full, and a failed payment is often reversed automatically by your bank.
Undelivered orders
If a parcel is lost in transit or returned to us as undeliverable, write to us with your order number. We will check the shipment and either re-send the book or refund the order.
Amazon orders
For purchases completed through Amazon India, use the cancellation, return, replacement and refund options shown in your Amazon account. Amazon’s terms for that transaction apply.
